By creating an account, browsing, or using any feature of Amar Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use Amar Events, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform.
• Be legally permitted to engage in online services under the laws of Bangladesh.

When creating an account on Amar Events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or circumventing bans.
• Not share your account with other individuals.

Organizers who list events on Amar Events agree to the following:

• All event information must be accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.
• You may not reuse an event listing slot for a completely different event without prior approval.
• Events must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh, including local authority permits where required.
• Organizers are solely responsible for the management, safety, and execution of their events.
• Amar Events reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform policies without notice.
• Listing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once an event is live.

All ticket purchases made through Amar Events are subject to the following terms:

• Ticket prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through our authorized third-party payment providers.
• A ticket purchase constitutes a binding contract between the buyer and the event organizer.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the event listing.
• Amar Events acts as an intermediary and is not the seller of tickets — organizers are responsible for honoring ticket validity.
• Transaction data may be retained for dispute resolution and legal compliance purposes.

Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's refund policy, which is disclosed in the event listing. However, the following general policies apply:

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees are entitled to a full refund.
• If an event is postponed, tickets generally remain valid for the new date.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original event date.
• Amar Events platform fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

All users are expected to maintain respectful and lawful behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• DDoS attacks, spamming, scraping, or any activity that overloads our infrastructure.
• Posting content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Impersonating other users, organizers, or Amar Events staff.
• Sharing private user information without consent.
• Using the platform to conduct fraud, scams, or any financial deception.
• Circumventing platform security, rate limits, or access controls.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to relevant authorities under Bangladeshi law.

All content on the Amar Events platform — including logos, design, code, copy, and graphics — is the property of Amar Events and protected under applicable copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
• By submitting event content (images, descriptions, etc.), you grant Amar Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.
• You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amar Events shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Events that are cancelled, postponed, or misrepresented by organizers.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from platform downtime or errors.
• Third-party payment processing failures or delays.
• Physical injury, property damage, or loss incurred at events listed on the platform.

Amar Events reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Repeated abuse of platform policies.
• Requests from law enforcement or legal authorities.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

The Digital Security Act, ICT Act, and relevant consumer protection laws of Bangladesh apply to all users and transactions on the platform.

Amar Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• Significant changes will be announced via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
