Organizer Access Event organizers can see the list of ticket purchasers for their events. They are bound by our organizer agreement to use this data only for event management purposes.

  • Transaction records are kept for a minimum of 3 years for financial and legal compliance.
  • Log and analytics data are automatically deleted after 12 months.
  • Upon account deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
