When a participant submits a ticket booking and provides their transaction ID , their payment status is set to 'pending' . As an organizer , go to /organizer/payments?id=YOUR_EVENT_ID to review all pending payments . You can approve or reject each payment after verifying the transaction ID manually with your mobile banking app . Approved participants receive a confirmation email automatically . Rejected participants are notified as well .
