Go to https://amarevents.zone.id/organizer/payments?id=YOUR_EVENT_ID to manage incoming payments . Each pending ticket shows the transaction ID , name , amount , and payment method . Click 'Approve' to set the ticket status to 'Success' or 'Reject' to set it to 'Failed' . When approved , the platform automatically sends a confirmation email (and SMS if enabled) to the participant with their ticket and QR code link .
